Mediation

Judge Pugliese has conducted well over 1000 settlement conferences as a civil judge with a very high success rate. Client investment into the process is key to any successful mediation. In person mediation with all decision makers present is the optimal format. Modifications to this can be made with the agreement of all involved, but such changes should be presented to the judge when scheduling.

Arbitration

Judge Pugliese may also be engaged to act as a sole arbitrator or as a neutral arbitrator on a three person panel. The judge will accommodate the arbitration rules agreed to by the participants or dictated by any contract. This information should be provided to the judge when scheduling.
